Everything Maleus can do, page by page
How each part of the product works, in the order you meet it. Start at the beginning, or search for the screen you are on.

Your first steps with Maleus, end to end.
- Welcome to MaleusThe big picture: how a project goes from an idea to a live app, and the building blocks you use along the way.
- Create your first projectA project is the container for everything else: its versions, its specifications, its documents and its environments. Here is how to make one.
- Shape it in your first workshopA workshop turns an idea into two things: the documents that describe your product, and a pipeline of versions ready to build.
- Launch your first batchThe roadmap is a build pipeline. Arm a batch and Maleus builds the queued versions back to back, unattended, while you do something else.
- Review what came backThe batch is done and the last version is waiting on you. Try it, record what is off, and either fix it inside the version or close it and run an acceptance pass.
Build a version
Create, refine, and iterate with the agent.
- Create a new versionVersions are started from the launcher, which points you at a workshop first and keeps a guided and a direct path one click away.
- What happens inside a versionDesign, Specifications, Development, Done: what the agent does at each step, and the controls you have while it works.
- Navigate the version workflowA guided version moves through Design, Specifications and Development. The phase stepper in the topbar takes you back to any phase you have already passed.
- Refine specifications with the agentComment on the specs the agent drafted, then send the comments over. The agent reads them as refine instructions and rewrites those parts.
- Use the Maleus widget inside the previewThe floating M button you see in your running app is the same widget that captures reviews. From the preview tab, click it to submit a visual review or chat with the agent.
- Open your app without opening a versionApp Preview runs the current state of your app on its own page, so you can try it, and record reviews, between two versions.
- Run a workshop sessionWorkshops are AI-assisted conversations that produce your project documentation and the roadmap of versions the agent will build.
- Launch versions from the roadmapThe Roadmap tab of a workshop is a build pipeline: the versions it planned, in order, launched one at a time or chained as a batch.
Quality & feedback
Audit your project and triage what your users report.
- Understand the audit scoreHow the three audit scores are computed, what the four detail cards add, and how to run a fresh scan.
- Triage app reviews from your usersReviews are submitted from the Maleus widget running inside your app. Review them, then hand them to the agent inside a version to act.
- Install the Maleus widget (external projects only)Maleus projects ship the widget by default. If you connected an existing external codebase, copy the snippet from Settings to wire the widget yourself.
Ship & monitor
Promote versions and watch them run.
- Promote a version to a deployment targetOnce a version is complete, promote it to one of the deployment targets you configured in project settings.
- Launch and track cloud agent runsThe Agents page lists every run triggered for this project and lets you launch a new one. A connected git remote is required.
- Connect git and configure deployment targetsWire your project to a git remote, then add the deployment targets, hosted by Maleus or on your own infrastructure, you want to promote versions to.
In every app
Architecture, security, data, tests, UI, and operations built into the application foundation.
- A modular, secure-by-default APINewSee how the foundation structures the API, closes routes by default, and separates functional modules from technical building blocks.
- Identity, permissions, and multi-tenant isolationNewUnderstand sessions, SSO, RBAC, contextual controls, least-privilege keys, and data isolation.
- Test from the module to the end-to-end journeyNewSee how the foundation combines unit, integration, API, and end-to-end tests to protect business rules and security.
- Import, analyze, and deliver dataNewExplore file analysis, import workflows, the correction grid, exports, and the foundation's storage primitives.
- Compose complex business interfacesNewPicture your application using the frontend kit's reusable maps, grids, documents, schedules, and other components.
- Audit, encryption, and operationsNewUnderstand audit trails, application-level encryption, observability, messaging, and deployment responsibilities.
- Deploy in your infrastructureNewPrepare, configure, and validate the Maleus application foundation in your private cloud, data center, or orchestrated platform.
Project setup
Integrations, documents, environments, and credits.
- Track production unit consumptionProduction Units (PUs) measure how much agent activity your project consumes across versions, workshops, and cloud agents, and how to cap it per project.
- Connect a knowledge base and read it inside the projectLink Confluence spaces to your project, then read and edit synced pages from the Documents section of the project.
- Connect a third-party integrationAdd credentials for the external services your project depends on. Each integration holds its own secrets per environment.
Workspace admin
Members, SSO, skills, agents, and templates.
- Invite teammates to your workspaceMembers are invited at the workspace level and join one or more groups. The groups are what decide which projects they can open.
- Manage workspace membersSearch, filter and edit every workspace member from one place. Roles are Admin or User, and self-protection stops you locking yourself out.
- Configure single sign-onWire one or more identity providers so your team signs in with corporate credentials. Provisioned users land in the Team page where you can adjust their role.
- Manage skillsSkills are modular pieces of knowledge that AI agents load while they work. Browse the global catalog, write your own custom skills, and scope them to a pattern.
- Manage cloud agentsCloud agents are the autonomous workers your projects can trigger. The page lets you browse global agents, create your own custom ones, and wire them to skills.
- Manage workshop templatesWorkshop templates are the prompts that bias each workshop session. Browse the global library and write custom templates for your team.
- Manage artifact templatesArtifact templates shape the structured outputs your workshops produce (epics, sprints, ADRs, user flows…). Browse the global ones and write your own.
- Connect workspace connectorsWorkspace-level connectors expose external services to every project. Confluence is wired today, more are listed under Available soon.
- Find your way around the workspaceAbove every project sits the workspace level: the project list, the application portfolio, production units, and the settings shared by everyone.
- Collect what the business needsThe application portfolio is the queue of what the business is asking for: every submitted need, its department, its complexity, and the duplicates Maleus found on its own.
- Submit an ideaThe Ideas Space is the surface you give to the rest of the company: describe a painful task or an app idea in two minutes, and it lands in the backlog.
- Control project access with groupsA group is a set of people plus the projects they can reach. Being a member of the workspace grants nothing on its own: groups are what open doors.
