Manage workspace members

Search, filter and edit every workspace member from one place. Roles are Admin or User, and self-protection stops you locking yourself out.

On this page

The team page lists every member of your workspace. It lives at Workspace settings → Team and is where you grant or revoke access to the workspace itself.

Access to individual projects is not decided here. It comes from the groups a member belongs to. See Control project access with groups.

Anatomy of the page

  • An Invite members panel at the top (admin only): email addresses, the groups they join, Send invitation. See Invite teammates to your workspace for the full flow.
  • A Search input that filters the list by name or email as you type.
  • Role filter pills: All / Admin / User.
  • The Members table below, one row per user, with sortable Name, Login and Role columns.
  • A checkbox per row. Tick any and a bulk bar appears above the table with the count selected and a Delete action.

Names, logins and roles, with a bulk bar as soon as you tick rows.

Roles

RoleWhat they can do
AdminEverything, in every project. Manage members and groups, project settings, deployment targets, production unit limits.
UserWork in the projects their groups allow: open them, run workshops, refine specs, build versions.

Admin is not a group membership you have to maintain project by project: an admin reaches every project in the workspace, always.

Change a role

Use the pencil on the row to edit the member. The change applies immediately.

Remove a member

Click the bin at the end of the row and confirm. The user is signed out of every active session within about a minute.

Bulk removal

Tick several rows. The bar above the table shows how many are selected and offers Delete, with a confirmation, plus Clear to drop the selection.

Self-protection

You cannot change your own role or remove yourself. The bin is hidden on your own row. If you need to be downgraded or removed, another admin has to do it.

Removing the last admin would leave the workspace unmanageable. The system blocks that on its own.
