Triage app reviews from your users

In the appApp reviews
Reviews are submitted from the Maleus widget running inside your app. Review them, then hand them to the agent inside a version to act.
App reviews come from the Maleus widget embedded in your running app. When a user submits feedback through the widget (visual review, error trace, comment), it appears on the App Reviews page in the project sidebar.
If you don't see any reviews yet, you probably haven't installed the widget. See Install the Maleus widget.
The list page
The page is split in two: the review list on the left, the selected review on the right. The list header carries the total, the sort, and a Select mode for acting on several at once.
Pick a review on the left, read what the user recorded on the right.
Sorting is in the header (Newest by default), next to Select, which turns on the checkboxes for acting on several reviews at once.
The detail pane
Click a review and it opens on the right. The header shows:
Click the title in the header to rename the review inline.
Process a review with the agent
This action lives in the App Reviews tab of the version workspace, not on the standalone list/detail pages.
Use Change status on the detail page to mark a review resolved or ignored once you've acted on it. The status filter on the list keeps your queue clean.
Unlinked reviews
A review is Unlinked when it was captured by a widget that wasn't pointing at a known version (for example, when the deployed app didn't ship a version identifier). The review still appears, you just can't jump to a version. You can still triage it manually or assign it to a version later by changing its status from the detail page.
