Invite teammates to your workspace
Members are invited at the workspace level and join one or more groups. The groups are what decide which projects they can open.

Members are invited at the workspace level and join one or more groups. The groups are what decide which projects they can open.
Membership in Maleus is workspace-wide: there is no per-project team list. But being a member is not the same as having access. A member reaches exactly the projects their groups allow, and nothing else.
That is the part worth getting right before you invite anyone.
Invite new members
You need to be an Admin.
Type the addresses, pick the groups they join, send.
Maleus reports what actually happened: how many people were invited by email, and how many existing members simply joined the selected groups. Inviting someone who is already in the workspace is therefore a safe way to widen their access.
An address that belongs to an account outside this workspace cannot be invited. Maleus says so rather than sending a mail that would fail.
Choosing the group
A member who belongs to no group can sign in and see nothing. That is a valid state, not a bug: use it when someone joins before you know what they will work on.
See Control project access with groups for how the groups themselves are built.
Manage existing members
From the members table you can search by name or email, filter by role with the All / Admin / User pills, edit a member, or remove one. See Manage workspace members.
Membership of a group is changed from the group page, not from the member row.
Create the groups before the invitations. Inviting first and sorting access out later means a week of people asking why they cannot see anything.
