Find your way around the workspace

Above every project sits the workspace level: the project list, the application portfolio, production units, and the settings shared by everyone.

Maleus has two levels, and the sidebar tells you which one you are on.

Inside a project, the sidebar lists that project's pages and starts with Back to Maleus. Click it and you land at the workspace level: everything your team shares, across every project.

The projects page

Projects is the workspace home in practice. It lists what you can reach, pinned projects first.

Every project in the workspace, the pinned ones first.

Each project shows its name, its slug, a short description, its owner and when it was last active. A Maleus or External badge tells you whether Maleus built the codebase or you connected an existing one.

Two view modes, same data:

  • Cards put the description forward. Good for a small workspace you read by name.
  • List adds sortable columns for owner and activity. Better once you have more projects than fit on a screen.

The list view trades the cards for owner and activity columns.

The filter row narrows the list by origin (Maleus or External), by access, and by owner. Recent activity on the right changes the sort.

Pin the two or three projects you actually work on. Pinned projects sit in their own group at the top, in both view modes, and the pin is yours alone.

Switching between levels

The topbar carries a project switcher. Inside a project it shows the project name plus the status of its development environment; at the workspace level it reads All Projects. Use it to jump straight from one project to another without going back through the list.
