Connect workspace connectors

Workspace-level connectors expose external services to every project. Confluence is wired today, more are listed under Available soon.

On this page

Workspace connectors are services connected once at the workspace level and reusable by every project. The page lives at Settings → Connectors.

It splits the catalog into two sections.

Confluence is the connector currently available in this section. Once you connect it, projects can enable specific Confluence spaces from their own Settings → Documents.

Connect Confluence

  1. Click the Confluence card in Your connectors (or the action button it surfaces).
  2. Provide the credentials from your Confluence admin console.
  3. Save. The connector is now available to every project.

What projects do with it

Once Confluence is wired at the workspace level:

  • A project admin opens Settings → Documents in any project.
  • The Confluence card lists the spaces the workspace has access to.
  • The admin ticks the spaces this project should read.
  • Synced pages show up in the project's Documents section.

See Connect a knowledge base and read it inside the project for the project side.

Workspace connectors vs project integrations

Don't confuse this page with the project-level Integrations page. Workspace connectors expose third-party services (Confluence, in the future Notion, Google Docs, SharePoint, etc.). Project integrations hold per-project credentials for services your app consumes at runtime (a payment provider, an LLM API, a database). See Connect a third-party integration for the project side.
